Refresh, Reconnect and Recharge
September 17 @ 5:00 pm - September 19 @ 12:00 pm
About the retreat: For many of us we are coming out of a year that was consumed with disconnection, periods of emotional distress and navigating the unknown. As we begin to come out on the other side it can be a difficult adjustment. The idea of reconnecting in person can be scary and AWKWARD! We have all had that moment where you see an old friend or meet someone new and struggle with “do we hug, handshake, bow?” This retreat will offer you the opportunity to make yourself a priority and renew your overall health in a safe and healing environment. Put yourself first and begin the process towards achieving the change you desire.
This retreat will be led by two licensed therapists, Heather Tidwell, LCSW, LCASA and Josh Gorelick LCMHCA, LCASA, NCC.
We will discuss tools and resources to manage periods of distress and talk about the importance of reconnection and self care. Throughout this retreat we will explore our fears, concerns, and anxieties around gathering and reconnecting, as well as discussing boundaries and consent in this new world. We meet you where you are and look forward to being your guides to the transformation you desire.
Wellness starts today!
